Any department desiring a unit signature should request that one be created by visiting the University Communications website and completing the required form.
Department URL treatments
There are two options for displaying department-level URLs.
For a department within a college or school:
The department URL is at the standard bottom position—at base of letterhead aligning to first column of address block.
For a department within a parent department:
Top URL: 2nd-level department—place below names of departments. May use two lines if necessary.
Bottom URL is the parent-level department, placed at the base of letterhead, aligning to first column of address block. The 2nd-level department URL does not appear on the bottom.
